n April 2006, Italia Ice Creamery and IL Pomodoro celebrated their 28 th and 23 rd birthdays respectively.

In 28 years of ice cream manufacture, we have proudly remained faithful to the traditional recipes and manufacturing process. This means that you can enjoy a genuine Italian ice cream – manufactured on the premises from fresh, natural ingredients – of the same high quality as you would expect in Italy.

Over the last 23 years of IL Pomodoro, however, we have adapted and diversified - extending our menu choices to suit changing trends in eating. So in celebration of our 23 years, we have trimmed down our menu, whilst at the same time revitalizing it. We believe the secret of authentic Italian cuisine lies not so much in its preparation, but rather in the choice and quality of the ingredients used – their FRESHNESS is of paramount importance.
